Job description:

We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Hosted Buyer Administrator to support the delivery of the ISPO and IRX Hosted Buyer programmes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and communication skills who is looking to develop a career in events and hosted buyer management. 

Key responsibilities include:

Hosted Buyer Administration 

  • Process hosted buyer applications and supporting documentation 
  • Verify buyer eligibility against programme criteria 
  • Maintain accurate buyer records  
  • Manage buyer registrations and confirmations 
  • Monitor buyer participation and attendance commitments  
  • Support invoice processing and supplier administration where required 

Hosted Buyer Communications 

  • Act as a key point of contact for hosted buyers via email and telephone  
  • Send invitations, registration reminders and event updates.  
  • Respond promptly and professionally to buyer enquiries and requests 

Travel & Accommodation  

  • Assist with processing flight and hotel reimbursements  
  • Obtain outstanding travel and accommodation itineraries from buyers 
  • Ensure buyer itineraries comply with programme terms and conditions and that all travel documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within required deadlines 
  • Liaise and work with internal finance team as required 

Appointment & Event Support 

  • Support the management of appointment scheduling systems  
  • Monitor appointment bookings and participation levels 
  • Assist with buyer check-in and registration during events  
  • Provide onsite support to hosted buyers and internal teams   

Data Management & Reporting 

  • Produce reports on recruitment progress, travel and accommodation submissions, attendance, and appointment activity 
  • Track KPIs and provide regular status updates to management  
  • Ensure data is managed in line with GDPR and company policies   

Qualifications 

  • Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent  
  • GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths 
  • Relevant qualification in Events, Sports Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field (desirable) 

Experience 

  • Experience in an administrative, customer service, or event support role 
  • Experience within exhibitions, conferences, hospitality, travel, sports, live events, or other customer-focused environments is desirable

Essential skills you will need:

  • Some understanding of Accounts Receivable purpose and functions
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS and other analytical formulas, data validation and cleansing, and reporting/reconciliation analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

We are looking for a commercially minded and highly organised Senior Marketing Executive to support the delivery and growth of Raccoon Media Group’s Active portfolio across both consumer and business-to-business trade events. This role is ideal for an ambitious marketer who thrives in a fast-paced events environment and is confident managing integrated campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally, and driving audience growth.

The role will support the planning, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel marketing campaigns across a portfolio of B2C and B2B events. You will play a key role in delivering audience acquisition, brand awareness, exhibitor support, and community engagement strategies while ensuring campaigns are executed to a high standard and aligned with wider business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implement dynamic multi-channel digital and offline marketing campaigns to achieve key business targets.
  • Support campaign planning, strategy development, and audience growth initiatives across the portfolio.
  • Achieve visitor acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness targets for events.
  • Execute email, social media, content, PPC, SEO, partnership, and promotional campaigns.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders including agencies, partners, designers, PR, registration, media, and suppliers.
  • Manage and update website content, landing pages, and campaign assets.
  • Produce sales and marketing collateral including presentations, case studies, whitepapers, media packs, and exhibitor toolkits.

Job description:

We have a very exciting opportunity for a Delegate Salesperson to join the award-winning team at Raccoon Media Group to recruit new delegates for a launch summit. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this is a commercial-lead opportunity that is perfect for a junior sales person or event professional looking to take the next step up . The successful candidate will have access to an excellent database of categorised leads and will receive a constant flow of inbound leads from the online portals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • 2 hours outbound calling per day.
  • Pitching minimum 10 decision makers (DMs)/ influencers per day, 50 per week.
  • Professional level of written correspondence, sales forecasting and reporting (including accurate time frames on deal closing).
  • Maintain a repeat business ratio of 50% on delegates
  • We expect high levels organisation and day-to-day planning; giving great attention to managing pipelines, contact management.
  • Demonstrating maturity about your business, being fully accountable for your activities and results.
  • The role will require selling globally, into different time zones.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • No previous experience necessary, training and support provided on the job.
  • Must be hard-working, professional and personable with an eagerness to achieve.
  • Strong understanding of IT tools and appropriate telephone manner.
